Island Mobile Mechanics ("we," "us") is a free referral service that connects drivers on Oʻahu with independent mobile mechanics. We do not perform vehicle repairs. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect. When you submit a request form, call, text or email us, we collect the details you provide. This may include your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, vehicle location, the type of service you need and a description of the problem. Calls to our phone number are handled through a call-tracking service, which may log the calling number, time and length of the call.

How we use your information. We use your information to respond to your request, connect you with an independent mobile mechanic who may be able to help, send messages related to your request, keep basic records of requests and comply with legal obligations.

How we share your information. To fulfill your request, we share your request details with one or more independent service providers so they can contact you about your vehicle. We also use service vendors that help us operate this website, process form submissions and handle phone calls and text messages. These vendors may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages. If you agree to receive text messages, we and the provider you are connected with may text you about your service request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Independent providers. Once you are connected with an independent provider, that provider's own policies govern how they handle your information. We are not responsible for their practices.

Cookies and analytics. This website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can limit cookies in your browser settings.

Retention and your choices. We keep request details only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us.

Children. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
